Frank Guaracini, III, Esquire, is “Of Counsel” to the firm and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Since February 2012 through the present, Mr. Guaracini has appeared as the regular Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Avalon, New Jersey, and the Borough of Stone Harbor, New Jersey.  In July 2015, Mr. Guaracini was appointed Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Lower.

Outside of this role, Mr. Guaracini has focused his practice on Municipal Court matters and motor vehicle and criminal law, representing clients in Municipal Court and in connection with other criminal forums, as well as some aspects of employment law including the investigations and prosecutions of employee misconduct on behalf of private and government employers.  Mr. Guaracini is also General Counsel to Frank’s Realty Company, Vineland Entertainment and Recreation Center, and Vineland Regional Transportation Center, a few of the largest commercial real estate development companies in Cumberland County.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Guaracini was law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C. (retired), of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Part, Monmouth County.  In this role, Mr. Guaracini conducted extensive research on various criminal law issues, and assisted the Judge in authoring opinions on criminal trial issues and on appeals of Municipal Court decisions.  Mr. Guaracini also served the Special Civil Part as a Certified Court Appointed Mediator.

In 2005, Mr. Guaracini received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, where he served as editorial staff on Widener Law Review (authoring several academic papers in the areas of criminal and constitutional law), and received University recognition for his outstanding academics in the areas of Civil Procedure and Legal Methods.  Additionally, Mr. Guaracini studied comparative criminal and constitutional law at the University of Technology Sydney, in Sydney, Australia.  In 2002, Mr. Guaracini received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from Rider University.

Mr. Guaracini is very active in local civic and charitable organizations and has been elected as a Director to the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to serving as a Director of the Chamber, Mr. Guaracini is a member of the Chamber’s Legislative Committee, Partnership Committee, Advocacy Committee, Veterans Recognition Committee, and others.  Mr. Guaracini resides in Vineland, New Jersey, with his wife, Amanda, and daughter, Charlotte.
